Terms of service
The terms that govern use of the Able Clinic service and website.
The service
Able Health is the trading name of Able Clinic Ltd. We provide clinical assessment, prescribing by UK registered prescribers, and supply of medicines through our partner GPhC registered pharmacy, Curb Healthcare Ltd (premises 9012581). A prescription is issued only where a prescriber judges it clinically appropriate. Submission of a health check does not guarantee supply.
Your responsibilities
Answers in the health check must be complete and plain, prescribing safety depends on them. Medicines supplied are for you only and must never be shared or resold. You must tell us about changes to your health or medicines.
Payments and cancellation
Payment is taken after approval and before dispatch. You can pause or cancel future orders at any time before the next order date. Dispensed medicines cannot be returned for refund except where faulty, damaged or incorrect, in line with pharmacy law.
